AQUAMOTIVE

For this project we were asked to create a filtration system for an industrial process line used in the testing of turbine blades.   The previous filtration system  resulted in an excessive consumption of water and poor effluent discharge quality.  The  filtration system installed allowed the waste rinse water to be treated with an activated carbon cartridge system. Teated rinse water could then be partially recycled to reduce water consumption.  Supplied with an integrated control system the challenge was to integrate the new control system into the existing control system to link alarm messages and  rinse pump requests.
